I am a young and motivated businessman working hard for my success. At only 27 years of age, I have been appointed to lead all divisions of operations, business development, and construction as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Shreepati Group of Companies.
Being born and raised in Mumbai, I have witnessed first-hand transition of the Shreepati Group to one of India's most successful construction companies under the able leadership of my father and founder of Shreepati Group, Mr. R. R. Chaturvedi.
I joined my father in the family business and since then I have been working hard to take the Group to new horizons as a successor.
I have served the company as a Director since 2014 and I continue to develop and grow in the dynamic realty and construction industry as a focused and determined business leader. Being the CEO of one of the nation’s largest property & construction firms, I hold strategic role in influencing Shreepati’s growth and leadership.
My main objective is to establish a company that cannot only meet the current needs of the market, but the one that would excel beyond the highest levels of professionalism and integrity in the industry. I aspire to create new sustainable business models to help the company grow and become the best in business.
I did my Civil Engineering and went on to complete my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Amity University, Singapore. I always had a passion for business analysis and strategy development and saw myself working with the big names of the realty and construction industry in India and globally.
I am the youngest member of the organization and have been often actively attending conferences, real estate association meetings, seminars and exhibitions in India and abroad to gather knowledge, insights and upcoming trends, that helped me to get an exposure to network and interact with the stalwarts of the industry and collect a plethora of information on the practical experiences of the most successful in business as well as learn the new styles and functions of the realty business today.
When I joined the business, the industry was going through hardships, which led me to learn the Mr. Tapas R Chaturvedi, Managing Director & CEO, Shreepati Group. A Civil Engineer. MBA. Earth Lover. Bound by his words.way to save money to sustain in hard times. I always kept on thinking what would be the best business model wherein in near future the company does not face any financial liquidity crunch. Our Company Shreepati Group was known for its wealth in the form of assets with a Net worth of more than 7000 crore, land banks and various projects, all of mega size but liquidity was an issue.
I always looked upto my father for finding solutions in every aspect of business and how to overcome permanent liquidity problem in near future. I always interacted with Developers around the industry and used to hear them talking about the same issues and one fine day Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani suggested me that, the future is long term asset model i.e. to create a rental income so that the company can become secure financially and Mr. Nikhil Chaturvedi who is the Managing Director of Prozone Intu, India who is in our relation had also suggested the same that long term asset model would be the best business model.
Since then I started planning to diversify from a construction sale model to a construction on lease model so that the long term assets could be maintained and the financial cash flow could also be maintained continuously for minimum 30 years down the line. I started working on that line and have planned various long term asset models on rental basis for the group. My first priority is to create a rental income to the company in which I have been successful in that and my ultimate goal is to create a larger and larger rental income wherein in near future our company Shreepati Group will never face any liquidity crunch.
As a Developer, We offer our clients a business partner who will facilitate the entire construction process; including pre-construction concerns, development of construction budgets and production schedules, management of subcontractors and government entities and the finalization of all projects on the most time and cost-effective schedule as possible.
Utilizing the skills and experiences which I acquired both in college and in my professional career and through my commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, I and our company Shreepati Group have continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability. These characteristics, along with a deep rooted ties with our investors, vendors and clients have enabled me and our company to become one of the most recognized and respected brand names in contracting.
